In caz de averse, spectatorii sunt rugati sa-si aduca pelerinele de ploaie, accesul cu umbrele in incinta stadionului fiind strict interzis. De asemenea, pentru a se evita aglomerarea cailor de acces, se recomanda venirea din timp, portile stadionului urmand sa fie deschise incepand cu ora 16:00.
Cei aproximativ 24.000 de spectatori asteptati la concert vor beneficia de cel mai mare sistem de baruri implementat pana acum in Romania: 150 de metri de bar (din care 100 de metri pe gazon), 60 de dozatoare, peste 20 de vanzatori mobili de bere si bauturi racoritoare, o echipa de 200 de barmani, mai mare decat cea de la B’Estfest, cu o viteza de servire de 330 de beri/minut.
De asemenea, in incinta stadionului vor mai fi disponibile chipsuri, inghetata si popcorn. Bauturile si produsele alimentare se cumpara doar pe baza de jetoane, jetoane ce pot fi achizitionate de la cele 26 de casierii Raiffeisen din stadion.
